Pricing
At tintaespana.com we believe we offer the best value on printer ink cartridges. Our prices are regularly checked and our competitors' pricing monitored to ensure that we are always competitive. This is why you may notice price fluctuations from time to time. Market forces also govern our pricing and we reserve the right at all times to change our prices without notice. Please be aware however that the price quoted on your order confirmation is always the price that you will pay.

Our prices shown on our web site include IVA where applicable.
Goods sent to private individuals/businesses within the Spain will attract IVA at the current IVA rate.

Delivery
Order before 12:00 PM Monday - Friday and we’ll dispatch your order for the next business day (please allow 1-2 working days for delivery).
If in the event of a delay it is not possible to dispatch your cartridges promptly you will receive an e-mail to advise you of this.

Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the LOPD). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
We do not give, hire or sell information to third parties – EVER.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name / address / phone number / email address.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted and never sent to us, we use a payment gateway called PayPal.com which use the highest secure server (SSL) available. You will see a padlock or key icon appear in the corner of your web browser window to indicate a secure SSL connection has been made. You will see the paypal logo on the payment screen.
Cookies
Like most, our website uses cookies to keep track of the items you choose to buy. The term "cookies" is used to describe a very simple technology in which our web site effectively just asks your web browser to "remember" the items you want to buy (your shopping basket contents) until you reach the checkout. Our cookies are temporary and will expire once you close your web browser.

Guarantee
We guarantee our compatible ink cartridges to perform to at least the same standards as the original product. However, should our printer ink or services not live up to your expectations then please contact us.

If your printer ink cartridges have been damaged in transit please retain the packaging and inform us immediately, giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty ink cartridges will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a refund will be given.
We will refund money paid for ink cartridges returned to us with seals intact and in their original packaging.
You must e-mail us to obtain a RMA number and return instructions before sending any cartridges back.
We endeavour to process and respond to returns within 5 working days.
Cancellation (Return Procedures)
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that means that if you are not satisfied with any ink cartridges you buy from tintaespana.com you may return the cartridges within seven days and we will give you your money back.
