Can I return faulty goods for a refund or an exchange?

Can I return unwanted goods for a refund or an exchange?
We’ve all made mistakes. If you order an incorrect item or no longer require it, we will be happy to exchange or make a refund within 15 days of purchase. All we ask is that the item is returned in resaleable condition with the packaging unopened.

Please Note: All returns must be pre-authorised by Tinta Espana, sent to the address we give to you and accompanied with a Return Authorisation Number which we will generate for you. Packages returned without this number clearly written on the package or sent to the incorrect address will be refused.
We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a Proof of Posting certificate as we cannot be held liable for items that are lost in the post.
Any goods returned using our recycling envelopes or sent to the recycling address will be accepted into our recycling scheme and will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
